For example, our full-servo bottom-folding folder gluer can handle cartons of various lengths from 618mm to 1632mm, meeting diverse production requirements.

A:After your order is placed, we will dispatch engineers to install and commission the machine on-site, ensure normal operation, and provide 7-day on-site guidance and training, along with acomplete set of operation manuals and instructional videos.
5.Q:What is Kunshan Indeed's annual production capacity, and what is the lead time for folder gluers?
A:
We produce approximately 100 folder gluers per year. The manufacturing lead time for folder gluers is typically 45-60 working days. Due to order scheduling and shipping time, delivery times may vary. Please contact us for specific confirmation.
6.Q:Is there a warranty and after-sales service?
A:Yes, we offer a warranty and comprehensive after-sales service. Starting from the date the customer receives the machine and the on-site engineer training is completed, we provide a 12-month (1-year) warranty period. In addition, we offer lifetime maintenance and remote technical support.
7.Q:Can you provide overseas technical support?
A:Yes, we will send engineers to the site to install and commission the machine to ensure normal operation. We also provide maintenance training during the installation process.
